I. Ground Resistance Measurement

The reliability of the grounding system is directly related to personal safety and equipment protection.

EM7600 uses the three-wire method to measure ground resistance and is suitable for resistance value detection in building grounding, equipment grounding, lightning protection grounding and other scenarios.

II. Insulation Resistance Measurement

Insulation aging is the main hidden danger of leakage and short circuit.

The EM7600 features four test voltage ranges and can be used to test the insulation performance of motor windings, cable cores to ground, distribution cabinet busbars and other components.

Ⅲ. RCD leakage protector test

Whether the leakage protector operates normally is directly related to the effectiveness of electric shock protection.

EM7600 can output 8 levels of leakage current and measure tripping time and tripping current. Used to verify whether the on-site leakage protection operates normally within the calibrated value.

IV. Electrical Parameter Measurement

What is the power quality of distribution circuits?

ETCR7600 can measure AC voltage, AC current, active/reactive/apparent power, power factor, frequency, phase, and 3rd and 5th harmonic content. It can be used to determine whether the voltage of the distribution line is stable, whether the three phases are balanced, and whether the harmonics exceed the standard.

V. DC Resistance, Socket Testing, and Data Management

DC resistance measurement adopts the four-wire method, which can eliminate errors caused by test lead resistance. It is suitable for accurate measurement of low-resistance components such as transformer windings, motor coils and contactor contacts.

The socket test function can measure 10 indicators including line voltage status, live-neutral wire sequence, live ground wire and ground resistance condition.

The operation adopts a 7-inch touch color screen, the function modules can be directly clicked to enter, and the wiring diagram is built-in. The test data can store 1,000 groups and supports Bluetooth mobile phone viewing and USB computer export.

VI. Conclusion
